Chef Araminta David is a Colorado native and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she earned dual degrees in Culinary Arts and Nutrition.  Since 2003, she has pursued a passion for the artistry of beautiful and natural ingredients balanced together. Honing her skills and food knowledge at various restaurants, catering companies, gourmet markets, and currently working as a personal chef, she understands the importance of food as both pleasure and nourishment.  

In addition to her culinary skills, Araminta is also a nutrition graduate and is continually learning in this infinite field.  Striving to make food and cooking exciting to those who feel burdened by restriction is a major inspiration for her.

As a strong believer of “food as medicine” and the overall functionality of food, she thrives on seasonal, fresh, high quality, and environmentally conscious ingredients .
